Your new company A well-established UK business, headquartered in Manchester city centre, is looking to bolster its company secretarial team to support the increase in corporate governance requirements.Your new role You will report into the Deputy Company Secretary and be responsible for corporate governance and administration, providing high quality board support for meetings, work on developing and implementing new policies and procedures and keeping up to date with regulations. Your duties will be varied and you will also provide professional support to the leadership and executive team.What you\’ll need to succeed You will be proactive, have a great attitude to working under pressure with strong attention to detail. You will thrive off working in a demanding role and must have working knowledge of governance principles and a background in company secretarial compliance and governance. You will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills as you will be engaging with board-level executives, senior management and key stakeholders.
