What you’ll be doing:

Hardware and software support

Asset management – configure, deploy, document management

Laptop and hardware roll outs

User access and permissions management
-
Escalate complex issues to outsource partners

Point of escalation for junior Analyst

Managing tickets via phone, email and ticketing system

Ownership of project work

Minimum of 2 years working in a relevant role

Proficient with hardware and software support

Worked with Microsoft systems and applications

Understanding of VMware

Organised and methodical approach to tasks

Worked with LAN and WAN networks

Driving licence – ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK
