A great opportunity for an experience IT Service Analyst providing 1st-2nd Line support to users across multiple sites nationwide!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hardware and software support

  • Asset management – configure, deploy, document management

  • Laptop and hardware roll outs

  • User access and permissions management

  • Escalate complex issues to outsource partners

  • Point of escalation for junior Analyst

  • Managing tickets via phone, email and ticketing system

  • Ownership of project work

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a relevant role

  • Proficient with hardware and software support

  • Worked with Microsoft systems and applications

  • Understanding of VMware

  • Organised and methodical approach to tasks

  • Worked with LAN and WAN networks

  • Driving licence – ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK

  • Salary of £30,000-32,000

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Your birthday off! – taken in your birthday month

  • All travel costs are covered – mileage rate or hire vehicle

  • 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

  • Fully site based in Widnes
