Your new company Our client is a significant national housebuilder with a large pipeline of work ahead of them over the next few years across Edinburgh and its surrounds.
With plans to grow their business, they are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be experienced at taking commercial ownership of multiple residential projects across the East of Scotland.
These projects could be HA or private, and you will be running projects at multiple stages.
Supported by your commercial lead, you will have full responsibility for the commercial performance of these projects.
This will involve running your own CVRs , processing payments, managing procurement and resolving any commercial problems onsite.
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate would be an experienced degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience within the residential development market in Scotland.
You enjoy working with a settled and supportive team and have a strong work ethic and methodical approach to work.
