The Role

As a Creative Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the brand’s creative across digital, social, print and in-store environments, ensuring a consistent and premium experience across all customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing and leading creative concepts from ideation through execution and will bring a strong art direction sensibility supporting campaign planning, creative direction on shoots, and mentoring junior designers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering standout creative work with commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of integrated concepts and campaign creative across homepages and onsite content, organic and paid social, digital display and motion assets, in-store communications and large format print, packaging, POS, event and brand collateral.
  • Act as a senior creative voice ensuring creative is consistently elevated, on-brand and commercially effective.
  • Implement AI tools for concept exploration, visual direction and iteration.
  • Understand how AI can support creative output while preserving brand integrity and originality.
  • Develop mood boards and creative treatments; provide styling and shot-list direction.
  • Provide on-set creative guidance and feedback; work closely with photographers and videographers.
  • Own projects end-to-end: creative development, production, delivery and adaptation; manage timelines and stakeholder expectations; ensure assets are produced accurately, efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand’s creative and identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing design output.
  • Liaise with and manage third-party agencies; contribute to the evolution of the brand with new ideas and trend awareness.
  • Demonstrate a portfolio with exceptional typography, layout, branding and integrated campaign work.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (strongly preferred); Figma (design systems, layouts, asset production).
  • Confident presenting and explaining ideas clearly; highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management.
  • Strong in both digital and print with a clear understanding of production requirements; balance creativity with commercial performance and brand consistency.
  • Remain calm, collaborative and constructive under pressure; fluent in design language (kerning, leading, GIFs vs. MP4s) and capable of handling press files and web optimisation.
  • Take ownership of the creative process from concept through to delivery; possess strong communication and collaboration with marketing, e-commerce and retail stakeholders.
  • Experience in fashion retail or premium retail environment strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Web Design or similar.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an integrated design role (in-house or agency), with strong evidence of delivering premium, commercial creative.
  • Note: this role is based 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home.
