We're not just another health communications agency. We're a multi-expertise collective of strategists, creatives, and problem-solvers - built for clients that refuse to settle.
This is a full-time permanent role and our current hybrid working arrangement is two days from home. Our office is located in Kings Cross.
Summary of the role
The Senior Account Executive takes ownership for specific aspects of account projects, taking responsibility for the tactical implementation of the healthcare communications programme. You will continue to refine and enhance your PR skills, taking on the daily management of projects, coaching and delegating to more junior members of the team, and helping to manage their workloads. You will need to be confident in your own capabilities and begin to take ownership in driving specific client activities.
About us
For clients ready to break through today's complex health's challenges, we're the ones who make it happen. Fast, frictionless, and future-ready, we break down traditional communications siloes, and craft solutions that are always audience and creative-first.

- Demonstrating sound knowledge of media, social media and advocacy to clients when required, taking a key supporting role in developing media strategies, and overseeing media outreach from start to finish
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and clients, becoming a key contact for both, and building a portfolio of press contacts across all media to achieve targeted coverage
- Supporting and monitoring the written materials of Account Assistants and Account Executives, advising on areas of development and improvement, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping them strengthen their media monitoring skills
- Managing your time effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, and taking ownership and accountability for individual projects or elements of account activity, including contributing to proposals, timelines and budgets and managing implementation through to final delivery
- Preparing forms to open client project codes and supplier purchase orders, assisting with budget management by ensuring costs are accurately captured, and taking responsibility for basic financial elements of client accounts such as budgeting, time management and cost controls
- Building and managing supplier relationships, such as with designers and film production agencies, and overseeing the development of coverage and evaluation reports
- Assisting with new business opportunities at the research, preparation and pitch stages, and increasingly contributing to planning and brainstorm meetings, developing strategic thinking and creative tactical proposals
