Our client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their small, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role within the business, supporting day-to-day operations through a range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales invoices, purchase orders and purchase invoices (including company credit card transactions)
- Liaising with suppliers regarding product pricing, delivery times and general updates
- Supporting the team with postage and general office tasks
- Keeping records organised and up to date through efficient filing
- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
