Hartwell Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in the Oxfordshire area. The group currently represents Ford, BYD, Omoda/Jaecoo, GMW Ora and Chery.

As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive service department
  • Supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors
  • Maintain high-quality standards for service and repair work
  • Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Implement efficient workflow processes and optimize resource utilisation
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technologies
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial and performance data
