We are looking for a detail orientated and organised Automotive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a dynamic, fun and motivated Sales Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting our dealerships sales team to ensure a smooth operation of the sales process.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their own initiative, have innovation be planned and organised with strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities;
- Arranging purchase of vehicles
- Arranging and organising the delivery of vehicles
- Setting up, transferring, arranging PDI, job cards for vehicles
- Producing invoices, warranty documents
- Ordering, contracting and taxing vehicles
- Reviewing sales reports
- Supplying Sales Admin support to dealerships
- Supplying Sales Admin to Retail dealers
- Be proactive in dealing with queries on the phone and email
- Managing customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service
