About the role

Extra projects have generated extra vacancies at this company, and with that comes the need for an Electrical Design Engineer to work on a variety of industrial automation and electrical control systems schemes.

  • Designing electrical control panels
  • Creating MCC (Motor Control Centre) and PLC control panel designs
  • Producing electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
  • Using design software like AutoCAD Electrical

Collaborating with PLC programmers and the other members of the Design, Project and Engineering team.

  • Strong background in electrical design
  • Experience with industrial control panels
  • Circuit design
  • Control engineering principles
  • Proficiency in electrical CAD tools (EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical)

Permanent right to work in the UK.

A variety of projects (good for skill development and avoiding repetitive work).

Occasional paid overtime.

Standard 40-hour work week.
