Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Lincoln)
£38 per hour (Umbrella)
Weekday/Weekend/Days/Nights shifts available

About the Client
Our client is a young child who enjoys interacting and socialising with people. In between this, they also love to go to school, watching cartoons and swimming. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role. As per the service user’s location, you will need to be able to drive to attend.
Clinical Requirements
- Previous Chronic
- Chronic respiratory difficulties
- Recent ITU admissions
- Gut mobility dysfunction
- Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy Pump in situ
- Jejunal feeding Medtronic DBS in situ
- Previous UTI pyelonephritis right kidney.
- Exposure Keratitis- under Ophthalmology
- Ongoing skin integrity concerns.
- Non-invasive Ventilation
- Dystonia
- Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
Mon - Fri: 09:00AM - 17:00PM
Mon - Sun: 21:00PM - 09:00AM
Sat - Sun: 08:00AM - 16:00PM
- Weekend day shifts
- Weekend night shifts
- 12-hour shifts or shorter calls
- Driver requirement if applicable
- Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)
What the Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

- Experience supporting people with complex needs
- Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
- Ability to work independently and professionally

Compliance Requirements
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

- £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
