As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising all electrical plant and equipment across the site.
You'll carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring systems run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current regulations.
You'll be working on a continental shift pattern (days and nights), offering variety and excellent earning potential through overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across all electrical systemsWork on single and three-phase systems, motors, pumps, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS controlsDiagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safelyCarry out isolation's and ensure safe working practices at all timesComplete RAMS, logbooks, and maintenance records accuratelyUse a PDA system for job management and reportingMaintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive service deliveryAbout You: Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)Up to date with 18th Edition xohmjla Wiring RegulationsMinimum 3 years' experience within commercial building servicesStrong understanding of electrical systems and building infrastructureConfident, client-facing, and a strong team playerWhat's On Offer:55,000 per annumContinental shift pattern – days & nightsExcellent overtime rates20 days annual leaveCompany pension schemeComprehensive training and development opportunitiesWork on a high-profile site in ChelseaClear routes for internal progression Posted by Luke Clark
