Candidate Consultant , you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations, engaging with candidates, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience throughout the process. What you'll be doing In this varied and fast-paced role, you will support our consultants and candidates by: Identifying leads for new business and passing them to the wider team. Writing compelling job adverts and posting them across leading job boards. Completing regular update calls with registered and placed candidates. Carrying out thorough reference checks. Registering new candidates and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Assisting with compliance checks, including right to work, proof of address, proof of NI, and other relevant documentation. Reviewing advert responses and speaking with candidates about active roles. Making recommendations to consultants on newly available talent and matching candidates to suitable clients. Supporting with CV formatting prior to client submission. Maintaining 'hotlists' of active candidates ready for new opportunities. Completing driving licence checks where required. This role suits someone organised, proactive, people-focused, and confident speaking with candidates at all levels. What's in it for you?
