We have a great opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned building services company who are continually growing and winning new contracts due to their reputation in the industry. The maintenance company is a market leader and are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.

The successful electrically biased engineer will have all the opportunities to develop and progress within the business offering a really exciting opportunity. The role will be covering landlord maintenance, covering both PPMs and reactive works site, working as part of a two man team on a commercial property in West London,

Duties

  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, Generators, Fire Alarm Tests, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioning, Sprinkler Systems, Motors, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
  • Health & Safety
  • Logbooks
  • CAFM

Requirements

  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Career driven and motivated
  • Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

  • Β£48,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 8-5
  • 25 days holiday
  • Pension package
