Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing exceptional service to guests by attending to their requests promptly and courteously.
  • Familiarise yourself with the menus and order of service to accurately answer guest queries and make recommendations.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate food and beverage orders.
  • Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.
  • Continuously strive to improve your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
