HAIL Partners is supporting a longstanding client, a private equity firm with a great work/life balance and a warm, respectful culture. The pace is fast and everyone works hard, but there’s no out-of-hours work and people make sure they switch off.
The EA team is strong and supportive. Everyone jumps in to cover holidays or lend a hand when things get busy. The office is in stunning Chelsea, and turnover is very low.
About the role
You’ll primarily support four execs, with lighter support for three juniors. The MD will take up most of your time. It’s a traditional EA remit of diary, travel and expenses, but at pace. The MD travels at least three times a month, often to the US, and sits on seven boards, so there are some complex itineraries.
Responsibilities
- High-volume diary management, juggling shifting priorities accurately
- Frequent international travel, often multi-leg trips
- Keeping on top of expenses
- Occasional event support
- Working with the wider EA team to cover for each other
Requirements
- Around 4-10 years’ experience in an EA or assistant role
- Background in private equity or a similar fast-paced environment
- A team player who’s happy to step in and support colleagues
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple tasks
The firm offers hybrid working (four days in the office, one from home) and a strong benefits package, including a completion bonus.
