On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and experienced People Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organization dedicated to delivering exceptional support to its people. Location: Hybrid role based in Greater Manchester, with occasional travel to surrounding areas. About the Role: As a vital part of the People Services team, you will work closely with managers and employees to provide expert HR support. Your role will involve managing employee relations, advising on HR policies, and driving engagement and well-being initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees on HR matters including performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes. Lead processes such as TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy consultations. Support absence management, ensuring compliance with policies and the Equality Act. Develop HR systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. Contribute to projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational development.
