We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys being right in the mix and has a positive and proactive approach. You’ll be the go-to person for managers, handling day-to-day HR queries and advising on everything from employee relations to policy and process.

This is a true generalist role—perfect if you like variety, autonomy, and having a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing practical, confident HR advice to managers and employees
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Advising on HR policies, employment law, and best practice
  • Supporting change initiatives and organisational projects
  • Keeping HR data accurate and compliant
  • Managing employee relations cases end-to-end

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience operating as a HR Advisor
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confidence dealing with ER issues independently
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Strong communication skills
  • A real people’s person
  • Organised, pragmatic, and calm under pressure
