The role involves practical groundworks and civil engineering activities that enable vegetation management, landscaping, drainage, and environmental restoration works. Working as part of a site team, Civils Operatives help prepare and construct the infrastructure needed for projects including woodland creation, SuDS drainage systems, fencing installations, and habitat restoration.
