GRS Group is seeking a senior operational leader to oversee day-to-day delivery across all sites in our growing logistics and construction materials business in the UK. You will shape governance, optimise capacity and ensure decisions are made at the right level, driving safety, performance and service standards.
You will lead the operations team, manage budgets and SOPs, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, and implement capital projects and new site launches.
