Contract: Casual / Zero Hours - no guaranteed work or fixed hours We're looking for a reliable and flexible Yard Person to join our team.

Description: As a Yard Person, you will play an important part in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and well organised.
This is a varied, hands-on role that supports the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role As a Yard Person, you will: Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain high standards across the yard and offices, ensuring all areas are tidy, presentable, and safe for staff and visitors.
This may include the use of mechanical handling equipment (MHE) such as counterbalance or reach trucks, where required.
Support day-to-day yard operations, assisting the wider team as required to keep everything running efficiently.
This is a flexible, hands-on role suited to someone who is happy to work on a casual, ad-hoc basis, supporting the site as and when required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Forklift licence is advantageous, but not essential, as training can be provided.
A strong team-focused attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues and assist where needed.
Ability to manage tasks effectively and work to agreed timescales.
Polite, reliable, and approachable, with good communication skills.
Awareness of health and safety and the importance of maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated, with the ability to carry out a hands-on role.
