This role will see the successful individual take charge of business generation within the CCTV division of the organisation. Responsible for building ongoing client relationships via site visits, to driving new business by attending industry events - no two days will be the same in this varied and challenging role.

The Role:- Drive New Business: Prospect and convert new clients through lead follow-up, cold calling and professional site surveys - identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships to secure new opportunities.
- Promoting the CCTV Range: Support the wider sales team in pushing CCTV solutions to key accounts and existing clients by delivering tailored proposals and solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients through site visits, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Attend industry events, gather market intelligence and feedback trends to management to help shape product development and market strategies.
- CCTV Department Growth: Actively contribute to increasing department turnover and profitability. Cross-sell within relevant sectors, analyse sales performance and support wider business development initiatives within the company.
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within Security.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
