This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Wedding and Events Manager to join an established hospitality business with a strong reputation for creating memorable weddings, celebrations and private events.
This is a hands on role where you will take ownership of each event from the early planning stages through to delivery, building strong relationships with clients and making sure every detail is carefully considered. You will work closely with the wider operational team to coordinate weddings, corporate bookings, private functions and an evolving calendar of in house events.

Wedding and Events Manager Ideal Profile
- Strong experience planning and delivering weddings, private events or functions within a hospitality environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage several bookings, timelines and priorities at the same time
- Confident building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through each stage of the planning process
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional and reassuring approach
- Calm and solutions focused when handling last minute changes, unexpected challenges or demanding event schedules
- Confident leading, supporting and developing a team while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail
Wedding and Events Manager Responsibilities
- Manage weddings and events from initial enquiry and planning through to the successful delivery of the occasion
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements and priorities, creating detailed plans around each event
- Coordinate event timelines, budgets, logistics, suppliers and operational requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning process and act as a key point of contact leading up to their event
- Oversee corporate bookings, private functions and other events while supporting the development of the wider in house events calendar
- Lead and support the events team during planning and delivery, helping maintain consistent standards and contributing ideas to improve the overall guest experience
