This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Sous Chef to join a new opening in Silloth, helping to shape the kitchen, menus and team from the very beginning. The business is looking to create a warm, quality led pub food offering built around proper British dishes, strong flavours and hearty cooking with a refined edge. The food style will be relaxed and welcoming, with British pub food at its heart, but delivered with care, consistency and pride. This is not about pretentious food, but about taking familiar dishes and making them the best they can be through good produce, strong technique and thoughtful presentation.

This role would suit a Sous Chef who is ready to grow with the business and take real ownership within the kitchen. There is a clear progression pathway, with the view of eventually stepping into the Head Chef position as the site develops. You will be helping to build a positive kitchen culture, support the team and contribute ideas that move the food offering forward. The right person will be creative, hands on and excited by the chance to be part of a new opening with real potential. This role does provide accommodation, however you must be able to drive due to the location. Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
