An Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

Applicants who already hold a valid Enhanced DBS would be preferred , although chefs who are prepared to complete one as part of the recruitment process will also be considered.

  • Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional fresh food kitchen
  • Background in hotels, multi outlet kitchens, events or quality food led venues would be beneficial
  • Valid Enhanced DBS preferred, or willingness to complete one for the role
  • Confident preparing fresh British dishes with international influences
  • Able to take ownership of a section and maintain consistent standards
  • Strong attention to detail across preparation, cooking, presentation and portion control
  • Focused on high standards of hygiene, food safety and allergen awareness
