This role is designed for someone who has built strong experience in quality kitchens, understands what it takes to deliver a successful service and now feels ready to support the leadership of a kitchen team.
Set within a beautiful four star boutique hotel in a sought after countryside location, this is the kind of property that gives a first time Sous Chef the perfect platform to start that next chapter. The food offering is focused on fresh, seasonal produce, quality cooking and memorable guest experiences, with the opportunity to bring ideas, energy and personality into the kitchen while learning from experienced senior chefs.
