This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Head Chef to join a small boutique hotel with a busy and well regarded food operation. The restaurant can reach around 450 covers on a busy day, so the role needs someone who can bring structure, pace and consistency while keeping standards high across a demanding hotel environment. The business is now looking for a Head Chef who can steady the ship, rebuild confidence within the kitchen and create a clear long term plan for the team. Breakfast is already well managed by a strong Breakfast Chef, so the focus will be on bringing stability to the wider kitchen, developing the brigade and creating a more consistent food operation. This is a business with real ambition. The owners already operate other sites and have a five year plan to grow further, including the introduction of a fine dining restaurant and the potential for additional venues.
This role provides relocation support, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate. Please note that this role does not provide sponsorship; to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
