This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bartenders and Waiter/Waitresses to join a luxury country estate hotel in a beautiful rural location near Exeter. The hotel offers elegant surroundings, high service standards and a refined hospitality environment, making this ideal for someone who enjoys polished guest service and professional bar work.
The role is ongoing throughout the summer, with the possibility of extending for the right person. Accommodation and meals are provided free of charge, making this a great opportunity for someone who is happy to relocate or stay on site while working within a prestigious hotel setting.
As Bartender and Waiter/Waitress, you will support the bar, restaurant and wider front of house team with drinks service, guest interaction and smooth service delivery. You will need to be confident preparing and serving a range of drinks, including wines, spirits, cocktails and classic serves, while maintaining a warm and professional approach with guests.

Bartenders and Waiter/Waitresses Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar or high quality hospitality setting
- Confident preparing and serving wines, spirits, cocktails and classic drinks
- Strong guest service skills with a warm, polished and professional approach
- Well presented, organised and calm during busy service
- Able to work closely with the restaurant and wider front of house team
- Comfortable working in a remote luxury hotel location with live in accommodation provided
