We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead a thriving contemporary hospitality destination just outside Clitheroe. This is a varied, high quality operation with a fine dine brasserie, large private function suite, and private dining areas. The venue has a strong food identity, with meats prepared on site by master butchers alongside award winning sausages and burgers. Menus change throughout the year to reflect the seasons and the best local produce available, with lunch and evening service across the brasserie and bar, plus all day dining on Sundays.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a General Manager who enjoys leading a busy, multi faceted venue with personality and strong guest appeal. From relaxed brasserie dining and cosy snug areas by the open fire, to private dining, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers and live music, the role requires someone who can bring structure, warmth and consistency across every part of the business.
The ideal person will be commercially aware, guest focused and confident leading both day to day service and larger events. You will inspire the team, uphold standards across food, drink and events, and help shape the venue’s continued success while making the most of its reputation, facilities and distinctive character. This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area. Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
You Will Need

- Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality every day
