As Pastry Chef, you will lead the pastry section, creating stunning desserts, breads, pastries and afternoon tea items that complement the restaurant’s evolving menu. You will work closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade, bringing creative seasonal ideas while maintaining the exacting standards expected within a Michelin Star environment. This role would suit a Pastry Chef who thrives in a focused, professional kitchen and takes pride in producing beautifully finished dishes with balance, flavour and precision. You must be able to drive as accommodation is approximately 15 minutes from the venue.

  • Previous experience in a Michelin Star, fine dining or highly awarded kitchen would be beneficial
