The role would suit someone with at least two years of high quality restaurant experience in a supervisory or management position. You will be guest facing, hands on and fully involved in the day to day running of service, supporting the team, managing the floor and helping deliver a polished, memorable dining experience for every guest.

Ideal Profile:
- At least two years of high quality restaurant experience in a supervisory or management role
- Background within Michelin, AA Rosette, fine dining or luxury hospitality would be highly beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Act as a visible face of the restaurant, delivering warm, professional and attentive guest service
- Manage floor operations, ensuring service standards consistently meet guest expectations
- Support service flow, table management and team communication during lunch and dinner service
- Motivate, guide and develop the restaurant team throughout service and pre service preparation
- Complete scheduling, staffing organisation, cash up and reporting responsibilities
- Manage pre service menu checks, dietary confirmations and guest requirements
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, set up, close down and daily checklists are completed to company standards
- Report hazards or faulty equipment to management and support a safe working environment
- Bring a flexible, hands on approach to support the wider restaurant team whenever needed
