As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure. This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate. - Assist with rota planning, stock control and operational administration
