This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to step into a key leadership role within a well-established, premium dining environment. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure. This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate. Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship; to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Lead service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high standards are maintained
  • Train, mentor and support team members to deliver consistent service
  • Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, ensuring positive outcomes
  • Assist with rota planning, stock control and operational administration
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring service quality and team engagement throughout
