Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

- Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Support and train other kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner.
