We're looking for an experienced HR Adviser (3+ years) to join our small but impactful team, covering our residential children's homes, specialist schools and adults' residential services β around 170 staff across England and Wales.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting safer recruitment and safeguarding compliance.
- Coaching managers and building people management confidence.
- Shaping policy and contributing to a high-performing culture.
What we're looking for:
- Strong HR and case management background.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and safer recruitment.
- Experience in a regulated sector (care, education, health) - a real plus.
- CIPD Level 3+ desirable, but lived experience counts too.
