We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Devon, overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful office.
This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with a strong track record in sales, team management, business generation, and driving branch performance.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability
- Monitor figures, performance metrics, and overall branch results
- Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team
- Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards
- Build strong relationships within the local market
- Help strengthen and grow the company brand
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and support continued business growth
Branch Manager Requirements
- Proven experience within estate agency
- Strong experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Full UK driving licence
