About the role

DHL is seeking an HR Advisor for a permanent, remote role in the United Kingdom.

You will support HR Business Partners and site leaders to drive the people strategy, while advising managers on policy, performance, and employee relations.

Your duties include workforce planning, case management, and data reporting to optimise staffing and maintain engagement across multiple sites.
