About the role

Location: Coventry / Leamington Spa

Contract: 12 Months

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Consultant to shape and deliver enterprise-wide data strategy for a major transformation programme. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, you'll define data roadmaps, establish operating models between business units and the Chief Data Office, and build an AI-ready data ecosystem.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years in enterprise data strategy and consulting
  • Strong experience advising CXO-level stakeholders
  • Enterprise data governance and operating model design
  • Modern cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • AI/ML, data engineering and analytics ecosystems
  • Data governance, MDM, metadata and data quality solutions
  • Vendor selection and build vs buy strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive communication
  • Knowledge of GDPR and responsible AI principles is desirable

This is a highly strategic role suited to someone who can bridge business and technology, influence senior leadership, and drive enterprise-wide data transformation.
