Lead IT Support Engineer – We are on the lookout for a Lead IT Support Engineer to join the team of a globally recognized Fintech business that is at the forefront of Technology innovation. The Role: As a Lead IT Support Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. You’ll manage ticket workflows, assist in configuring systems, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery.
