You'll join a collaborative environment focused on data-led innovation, retention strategy, and recurring revenue.
This position offers a unique chance to shape commercial strategy across major UK and US markets.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you'll manage the analytics agenda across our multi-brand subscription business.
In this role, you'll translate customer, marketing, and financial datasets into clear commercial strategies.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Finance, BI, and Strategy teams to improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and profitability.
On a daily basis, you'll explore complex datasets using SQL, Big Query, Excel, and Google Sheets.
You'll build commercial models, track customer lifetime value, and harness AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.
Additionally, you'll guide and coach analysts to help build a forward-looking analytics function.
What you'll do
- You'll oversee subscription analytics across customer lifetime value, acquisition economics, churn, and pricing models.
- You'll partner with Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to connect customer metrics directly to revenue and profitability.
- You'll build sophisticated commercial models in Excel or Google Sheets to guide strategic decisions.
- You'll explore large datasets with SQL and Big Query to uncover actionable growth opportunities.
- You'll mentor and coach analysts, strengthening their technical and strategic capabilities.
- You'll present accessible commercial narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders across UK and US markets.
