About the role
Tf L is seeking a senior Network Access Planner to lead engineering access planning for the Elizabeth Line COS.
You will ensure weekly access plans, deconfliction with adjacent managers, and timely publication of planning documents, supporting maintenance and project needs through 2026–27.
Hybrid working with 50% office attendance is available in London.
The role demands extensive railway planning experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with PPS/Railhub tools.
