Funraisin is a global SaaS platform purpose-built for nonprofit fundraising. We power peer-to-peer, DIY, Individual Giving (one-time and recurring gifts), Giving Days, virtual events, unique donation experiences and much more for some of the world's leading charities — helping them raise more, engage supporters more deeply, and grow their missions at scale. Launched in 2016 and headquartered in Sydney, Australia, we operate across 9 countries spanning Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and the United States. We have processed over $3.5 billion in funds raised for our customers and are growing fast. Our team of 140+ passionate fundraising software professionals is united by a single north star: unlocking more generosity in the world for our charity partners.
The United Kingdom is one of our most important and fastest‑growing markets. With a world‑class nonprofit sector, a thriving digital fundraising community, and leading charities already powering their campaigns on Funraisin, the UK represents a significant and accelerating commercial opportunity. This role is at the centre of how we capture it.
This is a chance to own the top of the revenue funnel for Funraisin's UK market. As Marketing Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting the highest‑quality leads in the UK nonprofit technology sector—using a sharp combination of data‑driven channel strategy, AI‑powered content creation, and sector‑specific insight to fill the UK pipeline with opportunities that convert. You will be joining at a pivotal moment. The UK market is primed: sector events are back at full capacity, digital fundraising is growing year on year, and Funraisin's product is the strongest it has ever been. What we need now is a specialist who can match that product strength with marketing precision—someone who knows exactly which levers to pull, which channels to activate, and how to craft content that speaks directly to the people who run the UK's most important peer-to-peer fundraising programmes.
Every qualified lead this role generates is a charity that could raise more money for the people and causes it serves. This is not just a pipeline job. It is a direct contribution to the nonprofit missions that Funraisin exists to power.
This role has five core ownership areas. Each one is designed to move the needle on the single metric that matters most: qualified UK pipeline.
We are looking for someone who combines creative instinct with commercial discipline—a marketer who is as comfortable building an AI content workflow as they are analysing a lead scoring model or presenting pipeline data to the sales team. The right person is hungry to build something, obsessed with quality, and genuinely energised by the nonprofit sector and the missions it serves.
We want the right person to thrive in this role:
- A competitive UK salary benchmarked against the B2B SaaS marketing market, with a performance component tied to pipeline contribution and lead quality metrics
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave + seasonal bonus leave
- A remote‑first working environment with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you, and a travel budget to get you into the sector events and customer conversations that matter
- Access to Funraisin's full suite of AI and GTM tooling, and the encouragement to push what's possible with it
- A genuinely collaborative global marketing team that shares playbooks, results, and ideas openly across regions
- The opportunity to build something meaningful in a company that is directly helping the UK's most important charities raise more money and serve more people
