The Opportunity:

As a Solutions Manager for Projects your primary objective is to manage the delivery of optimal solutions for our charity clients. You’ll achieve this by managing a small team of Solution Specialists working closely with our wider professional services team to build dynamic project implementations, provide timely and accurate support to client queries and assist with onboarding new clients to the product.

This role will be client-facing so you must be comfortable, confident and enjoy talking with clients to help them get the best solution to achieve their objectives. You should have Funraisin platform & industry/charity experience and have experience managing a team.
