You will build high-quality candidate pipelines, assess technical and leadership capabilities, and deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a chance to impact how Freshfields attracts top tech talent, support complex deals and large-scale initiatives, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialist technology roles across multiple geographies and domains (Engineering, Product, Architecture, commercial). /li li Collaborate with technology leaders and hiring managers to translate business needs into role requirements and search strategies. /li li Build and nurture high-quality candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and creative engagement of active and passive talent. /li li Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, location strategy and candidate expectations to support decisions. /li li Manage multiple concurrent searches with prioritization, clear communication of progress, risks, and next steps. /li li Maintain accurate ATS data and generate regular KPI reports for recruitment performance. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong experience in technology recruitment, ideally combining agency and in-house roles in a professional services environment. /li li Solid understanding of technology functions, role families, and the ability to assess candidate relevance across technical, commercial and leadership dimensions. /li li Proven track record filling niche or hard-to-fill technology searches through direct sourcing and market engagement. /li li Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and provide evidence-based advice. /li li Highly organized and delivery-focused with the capacity to handle multiple searches simultaneously. /li li Comfort with ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence, data, and reporting to inform decisions and improvements. /li li Collaborative, inclusive, and pragmatic with a strong commitment to fair hiring and candidate experience. /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li collaboration /li li inclusivity /li li technology recruitment /li li proactive sourcing /li li market intelligence /li /ul
