Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist technology roles across geographies, partnering with technology leadership to define needs and sourcing strategies. You will build high-quality candidate pipelines, assess technical and leadership capabilities, and deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Your market insight and disciplined search execution will shape technology talent decisions for a premier professional services firm. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialist technology roles across multiple geographies and domains (Engineering, Product, Architecture, commercial).
- Collaborate with technology leaders and hiring managers to translate business needs into role requirements and search strategies.
- Build and nurture high-quality candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and creative engagement of active and passive talent.
- Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, location strategy and candidate expectations to support decisions.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches with prioritization, clear communication of progress, risks, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and generate regular KPI reports for recruitment performance.
Key requirements
- Strong experience in technology recruitment, ideally combining agency and in-house roles in a professional services environment.
- Solid understanding of technology functions, role families, and the ability to assess candidate relevance across technical, commercial and leadership dimensions.
- Proven track record filling niche or hard-to-fill technology searches through direct sourcing and market engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and provide evidence-based advice.
- Highly organized and delivery-focused with the capacity to handle multiple searches simultaneously.
- Comfort with ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence, data, and reporting to inform decisions and improvements.
