The Role
The successful candidate for the Corporate Lawyer role will be dealing in all aspects of corporate law:
The ideal candidate requires experience in corporate law; advising start-up businesses through to established SMEs including in respect of:
- Mergers, Disposals and Acquisitions
- Reconstructions
- Share Schemes including EMI Schemes
- EOT’s
- Shareholders Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Company Formation
- Constitutional Documents including Articles of Association
- Company secretarial documents including board minutes and resolutions
- Facility Agreements and corporate security documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified with PGDL or LPC
- Demonstrable experience in corporate law
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- An ability to build a good rapport with clients and to work well under pressure both alone and as part of a team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
- Supporting the Firm with brand awareness activities, including networking, events and content for the website and social media channels.
