The role
A permanent, hands-on management role for a Dynamics 365 F&O specialist who wants to lead a team and own the applications a business runs on.
What you'll do
- Lead the support and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related business applications
- Act as the go-to person for BAU tickets, enhancements, change requests and projects
- Keep applications stable and secure, including upgrades and new releases
- Track and meet service levels
- Own system access and controls, and support audits
- Line manage a small team and manage external suppliers
- Work closely with finance and other stakeholders as their go-to systems contact
- Look for ways to use automation to cut repetitive work
What you'll bring
- 10+ years' experience, with a strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O background (essential)
- Genuine end-to-end experience: data migration, requirements gathering, SIT, UAT, BAU support and vendor management
- A mix of BAU support and transformation or project delivery
- Experience leading or managing people
- Confident communication with technical and non-technical people at every level
The client is open to an experienced manager or an ambitious up-and-comer ready for the step up.
