About the role

Mechanical Engineer - Bogies The Opportunity We re supporting a leading rail engineering organisation in the search for a Mechanical Engineer with Rolling Stock Bogies and Wheelsets experience to join its specialist Products ll be involved in technical investigations, engineering change, overhaul specifications, product improvement and customer-facing engineering support across a broad range of rail applications.

The Role Provide technical expertise across bogies, wheelsets and associated mechanical systems Support root cause investigations and failure analysis activities Produce and review engineering documentation, specifications and technical reports Support engineering change and continuous improvement projects Interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders Contribute to product safety, risk assessment and technical governance activities Location Barton-under-Needwood.

Site based with opportunity for hybrid working once settled.

Essential Experience Degree-qualified Mechanical or Systems Engineer or equivalent Level 6.
