About the Role

Are you an organised administrator looking to start a career in HR? We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee HR Administrator to join a busy HR team based in Ascot on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is keen to develop a long-term career within Human Resources.

You'll join the team over the summer on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a few months. Upon successfully moving into the permanent role, you'll also have the opportunity to study towards a CIPD qualification, providing an excellent foundation for a career in HR. No two days will be the same, and you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the HR function while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

  • An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems

  • Able to manage a busy and varied workload

Previous HR experience isn't essential-what's most important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing within Human Resources.
