About us

Every revenue team has the same two reps. One runs a deal like clockwork: follows up the day after the call, keeps the buyer's plan moving, knows when to bring in the champion's boss. The other has the same pipeline and the same tools, and is quietly two weeks behind on everything. Companies spend fortunes on intelligence software, enablement and coaching to close that gap, and it stays open, because all of it depends on a human remembering to act.

Flowla was built to remove that dependency. We are a revenue execution platform, and at the centre of it is REX, an AI agent that works as a player-coach for the sales team.

As a player, REX runs the deal. It sits on one connected brain for every opportunity, drawing signal from calls, email, Slack, CRM, the deal room and the action plan, and it executes: the follow-up, the next step, the nudge to the stakeholder who's gone quiet.

As a coach, REX develops the rep. Because it sees what every rep actually does across every deal, it measures skill against a competency framework, flags where each person needs to improve, and connects them to the right learning inside the platform. Reps get better on the job, not in a workshop. Leaders see who is ready to sell without asking for a status update.

The role

We are a growing B2B SaaS business hiring our first dedicated SDR. You will develop a reliable source of qualified opportunities and help build the prospecting playbook future sales hires will use. Working closely with the founder and sales team, you will combine thoughtful account research with consistent, high-quality outbound activity.

What you will do

  • Prospect into senior decision-makers at target accounts, tailoring your approach to their role and priorities.
  • Use relevant triggers, purchase intent and engagement data to decide which accounts to contact and when.
  • Plan and carry out outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn and other suitable channels; test and improve your sequences.
  • Work alongside the CEO and AEs to research relevant events globally and identify those likely to attract our ideal customers. Research prospective attendees, including available attendee lists, and book meetings with target prospects before each selected event.
  • Attend selected events with the CEO and AEs to meet prospects and develop new opportunities. Record conversations and follow up with everyone contacted or met in connection with the event, agreeing next steps and progressing qualified leads.
  • Use a power dialler and dedicated calling sessions to refine your opening, discovery questions and responses to objections.
  • Establish the buyer’s problem, urgency, stakeholders and next steps before passing an opportunity to the founder or an account executive.
  • Record accurate notes, account relationships and reasons for progressing or disqualifying leads in the CRM.
  • Share weekly lessons about messages, market segments, objections and conversion rates with sales, marketing and product colleagues.
  • Document the approaches that work so the team can repeat and improve them.

What success looks like

  • Your meetings regularly become opportunities accepted by the sales team.
  • Your targeting and outreach improve as you learn, producing stronger conversion rates and clearer messaging.
  • The founder and account executives receive well-qualified opportunities with concise context and a clear agreed next step.

What you bring

  • 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a record of successful outbound prospecting. Experience selling to mid-market or larger organisations is an advantage.
  • Examples showing that you can engage senior buyers and explore their needs before arranging a sales meeting.
  • Confidence on the phone, including experience with power diallers and feedback on recorded or observed calls.
  • Experience working with account executives or another closing team, with careful handovers and regular exchange of feedback.
  • Experience using prospect signals or buying triggers to shape outreach.
  • Experience selling to revenue leaders is an advantage.
  • A small portfolio of outreach you created, such as effective email and LinkedIn sequences, call scripts or original prospecting ideas. Please be prepared to explain what worked and why.
  • Strong writing, sound judgment, curiosity and comfort building a process while using it.

Why join us

You will work closely with the founder, shape how we find and qualify new customers, and build the foundations that future sales hires will use.
