Flint Housing is seeking a Compliance & Building Safety Manager to lead our building safety and compliance function end-to-end. You will shape policies, strategies and plans to ensure all properties meet safety obligations and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work with a small team and external partners, drive data-driven reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, and foster a proactive safety culture across our portfolio.
