The Team & Focus of the Role This newly created role bridges the gap between frontline surveying expertise and innovative learning design. Moving away from standard fee earning, you will take operational ownership of content creation for our training academy. Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between field expertise and educational design. You will collaborate closely with Fisher German’s senior surveyors to capture real-time industry insights, then partner directly with our internal Training Designer to co create elite, scalable learning modules that are effectively delivered to Fisher German's internal teams. Based in the Midlands, this is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5-hours (Monday – Friday) however we’re fully open to discussing part-time part and flexible working requirements, whilst also operating within a hybrid working policy. In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in: * A discretionary bonus scheme * A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus an additional day for your birthday, and additional days to cover the festive period! * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave * An online money saving portal * Death In Service cover, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme which includes health appoints for you and your family * Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: * Proactively partner with Fisher German’s senior infrastructure surveyors and sector specialists to capture real time industry insights, project case studies, and evolving regulatory changes to feed into relatable content. * Work closely with the Partner leading our Academy & Early Careers and our SME’s to collaborate with our Internal Training Designer to transform field based insights and technical expertise into structured, engaging, and high-impact learning frameworks. * Drive the co-creation of modern and scalable training frameworks optimised for diverse learning styles for internal colleague development. * Serve as the vital link between operational reality and educational design, ensuring all training material remains accurate, high quality, and relevant to active infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have... * Proven ability to partner with non-technical & technical teams to translate technical jargon into clear educational steps. * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deliver high-engagement training. * Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the Infrastructure division, ensuring the successful extraction of technical insights needed to build high-impact training and e-learning modules * Active or recent experience as an Assessor or experience on delivering infrastructure related pathways (highly desirable).
